The St. John the Baptist Parish Lot started to undergo topographic survey on Wednesday, February 8, 2017. The M.C. Balce Surveying Services was engaged to do the project. The General Manager is Mr. Manuel C. Balce, Jr. The one that evaluated the bids was SPCastro, Inc. represented by Engr. Jay Rafols.
The delivery of plans is on Tuesday, February 28, 2017. On Wednesday, February 8, 2017, the first day of the survey, Msgr. Nestor C. Cerbo met with personnel of M.C. Balce Surveying Services assigned to do the project: Roy Japus – Lead Man/Surveyor; Renee Mercado – Surveyor; Brazil Edangalino – Instruments Man; Quirino Antipuesto – Survey Aide; and Agustin Dalut, Jr. – Survey Aide.
They were asked by Msgr. Nestor to explain their Schedule of Activities:
Feb 8 – 9: Establishment of horizontal and vertical control.
Feb 13 – 15 & 27: Topographic Survey
Feb 28: Delivery of Plans
In short, this project will identify the lot’s actual boundaries and slops and all important things on the lot, like the buildings, the perimeter walls, the trees, etc. with their actual measurements. This is important in situating the new developments on the lot.
