Every 3rd Sunday of every month is scheduled for our Community Family Partners’ monthly meeting. Last Sunday, June 17, 2018, it was held at our Parish’s St. Joseph Chapel.
An opening prayer was recited by Sis Erlinda Recto followed by Sunday’s Gospel Reading (Mk 4:26-34) “Seed Grows by Itself” and “The Mustard Seed” by Sis Consolacion Boneo, and Reflection of the said Gospel by our beloved Guest Priest, Rev. Fr. Mark Andrew Marbella was read by myself. Personal reflections were shared by Sis Myra Balboa and myself. “We are like a seed planted in the soil. The seed’s purpose is to grow and multiply into something much greater than itself. It has to die and germinate before it can grow. God’s goal is to grow us into the likeness of our Lord Jesus Christ, fully pleasing to Him and bearing fruit in every good work.”
Afterwards, the Agenda was discussed as follows:
- SHEPHERDING – Introduction of Volunteers and their particular tasks under the program they handle to all Community Family Partners. Submission of Filled-up Form of Family Partners’ Beneficiaries and their Family Picture.
- MISSION: YSLEP c/o Monica E. Griba, YSLEP Coordinator. To inform New YSLS’ parents to participate also every 3rd Sunday monthly meetings and other activities as the need arises. New YSLS’ parents should also be a BEC member in their respective barangays.
- DAMAYAN – HEALTH – Family Booklet should always be with them when going to Caritas Preventive Health.

The meeting was attended by Volunteers, Shepherds and some members of Clustered families.
Closing prayer was recited by Sis Victoria Reyes (BEC St. Joseph) and the meeting was adjourned at 4:00 o’clock in the afternoon.
The next meeting will be on July 15, 2018.
GOD BLESS US ALL!
